UMass Dartmouth staff recognized for outstanding service

Sue Cunha and Jeff Beaudry are the 2021 recipients of the UMass Dartmouth College of Engineering Outstanding Staff Award. Nominees are evaluated based on their exemplary service, strong commitment to the college's values, and notable contributions to the community of faculty, students, and staff.

“Sue Cunha and Jeff Beaudry are recognized for their ability to create a positive environment and outlook for students and faculty, offer selfless services, and act as proud ambassadors of their departments and the college in the recruitment of students,” said Dr. Jean VanderGheynst, dean of College of Engineering.

Nominators also noted Cunha and Beaudry’s ability to create a positive environment and outlook, offer services selflessly, and act as proud ambassadors for their departments and the College of Engineering. The ad hoc review committee stressed that Cunha and Beaudry exemplify passion, dedication, and leadership for student success and safety.
