Video: Food science students compete to create marketable ice cream

Food science students are trying to give ice cream lovers a true taste of UMass.

With the help of Maple Valley Creamery in Hadley, four teams of UMass Amherst food science students are competing to create an ice cream flavor that will be a success on store shelves throughout New England.
