The University of Massachusetts is pleased to introduce The Uncommon Leadership series. Led by President Wilson and UMass Amherst alumnus Glenn Mangurian (BS '70, MBA '73, founder of the UMass Executive Alumni Group), this new interview series examines leadership today through discussions with well-known leaders in organizations outside of traditional business.

Recorded on September 11th, 2006, the five-year anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center, Mr. Feinberg discusses developing the regulations governing the administration of the fund, including evaluating applications, determining appropriate compensation and disseminating awards.
