EDC Executive Summary 

Massachusetts State Plan

On November 7, 2007, the Goddard Council approved the development of a state STEM plan. EDC (Education Development Center, Inc) has been retained to oversee the planning process.

A committee consisting of Department of Higher Education Commissioner Pat Plummer, Associate Commissioner David McCauley, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Acting Commissioner Jeff Nellhaus, President of MCLA Mary Grant, Monica Garlick from the office of Representative Dan Bosley, Isa Zimmerman, Senior Fellow, UMass STEM Initiative and Keith Connors, Department of Higher Education, will work with and advise EDC as the planning proceeds.
