Improving Teacher Quality Grants

The Board of Higher Education is pleased to announce that the new Request for Proposals for Improving Teacher Quality Grants is now online at http://www.mass.edu/t_q/home.asp?id=14. This year the BHE will distribute $972,908 for new projects to partnerships of higher education and local school districts-at least one of which must be a high-need district. Special consideration will be given to projects in STEM and foreign language areas. The deadline for the grant application is 10/12/07. See the RFP for more information.
