Institutional Research

The Institutional Research team is an information resource for the President's Office, the University Board of Trustees, the UMass campuses, and external constituencies. Institutional Research works closely with the five UMass campuses to collect, analyze and distribute data that supports system-wide planning and decision-making, policy development, and evaluation.

• Provides data about admissions, enrollment, and degrees conferred. In many cases, trend data for the last ten years are included.

Report on Annual Indicators

• Provides information regarding the University Performance Measurement System including measures in five primary areas:
  1. Academic quality,
