The Technology Services division of UITS exists to ensure that the University receives the most advanced, quality-driven technology the current market has to offer. The division also provides support for any technical or network issues that may occur. The Technology Services division is made up of the following departments:

Client Technology & Operations

The Client Technology & Operations department provides the five campuses and President's Office with the following services:

• Desktop Support
• Help Desk
• Operations & Production Support

Server Technology

The Server Technology department provides the five campuses and President's Office with the following services:

• Backup Management
• Server/OS Management

Network/Security
The Network/Security department provides the five campuses and President's Office with the following network/security services:

• Network Engineering
• Network Operations
• Network Hosting
• Security

Systems Engineering
The System Engineering department provides the five campuses and President's Office with the following services:

• Architecture
