The Policy & Risk Management division offers the following services:

• Policy/Procedure
• Standards/Audit/Security

Policy/Procedure
The Policy/Procedure department communicates any new or modified policies and procedures put forth by the President's Office to the UITS organization.

Standards/Audit/Security
The Standards/Audit/Security department provides UITS with any new security information that would impact systems used by the organization, organizes any audits conducted within UITS, and communicates all standards UITS should adhere to as a whole.
