Fountain addresses EU conference in Norway

Jane E. Fountain, professor of Political Science and Public Policy and director of the National Center for Digital Government, gave an invited lecture May 4 at a European Union-sponsored conference in Oslo, Norway. Fountain spoke on "Challenges to Change in Government: Technology-based Cross-agency Innovations in the U.S." at the conference on Research for Innovation in Healthcare and Administration organized by the Research Council of Norway and the European eGovernment Research Network's eGovernet project.
