Dr. Marcellette G. Williams Appointed to Vice Presidency at UMassUniversity of Massachusetts President Jack M. Wilson today announced that he has appointed Dr. Marcellette G. Williams to the position of Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and International Relations.
