University of Massachusetts- President Wilson welcomes education leaders from Russia and Ukraine

President Jack M. Wilson hosted four leaders of Russian and Ukrainian universities at the UMass Club on Wednesday, September 16, 2009. The Rectors engaged in discussions about economic development, technology transfer and international partnerships.
