The Human Resources main office is located in Boston at 225 Franklin Street, where you will find services in the areas of Labor and Employee Relations, Benefits and Payroll. The Human Resources System and Reporting functions are housed at our Shrewsbury facility at 333 South Street.

The Human Resources Office provides assistance with search processes, communicating employee benefits and human resources policies through orientation programs, information brochures and memoranda. We provide consistent and nondiscriminatory human resource policy administration by fostering positive labor management relations.
