Non-Unit Employees
Dental coverage is available to all non-unit benefited employees, their spouses, dependents, and dependents who are full-time students until age 25. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following 60 calendar days of employment. The premiums are as follows:

$22.80/month for individual coverage
$45.60/month for family coverage

To continue coverage for a dependent child age 19 and over, who is a full-time student, please complete the Student Certification Form.

The Dental benefits are provided through a group policy issued to the DHE Non-Unit Health & Welfare Fund by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife). MetLife does not send out ID cards. Group Number is 105385.
