Deadline for Request for Qualification Investment Banking Services dated 9/5/12

Responses must be submitted to Investment Banking Services RFQ Submission, UMBA-RFQ-Investment Banking Services, University of Massachusetts Building Authority, 225 Franklin Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA 02110, Attention: Patricia Filippone no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 28, 2012.  Packages containing submissions should be clearly labeled "Investment Banking Services RFQ."  Faxed or electronic responses may be accepted for purposes of meeting the response submission deadline only, and must be followed up within 48 hours by hard copy.  The UMBA assumes no responsibility or liability for late delivery or receipt of Responses.

The UMBA reserves the right to request additional information and to interview certain Respondents.

To Clarify:

Hard copy proposals, which are followed up within 48 hours of a faxed or electronic submission, will be accepted until October 2, 2012.
